Step into Christmas at my cosy home studio — with two beautiful festive scenes to choose from (or enjoy both!): 🎁 A classic Christmas living room, full of glowing lights and rustic charm 🛏️ A cosy Christmas bedroom, perfect for snuggles, storytime, and festive fun Each session is 20 minutes of laughter, warmth, and sparkle, designed to capture the magic of your favourite season. ✨ £85 | Includes 3 digital images | Limited spaces available Once they’re gone, they’re gone! ____ 🎄 Christmas Mini Session Terms & Conditions Please take a moment to read through before booking your session. 1. Booking & Payment Christmas Mini Sessions are £85, which includes a 20-minute session and 3 digital images of your choice. A deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your slot. All bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred (see below). 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Bookings are non-refundable, but your session may be transferred to another available Christmas Mini slot if one is available. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel (e.g. illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. 3. Late Arrivals Sessions are booked back-to-back, so please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be extended beyond your allocated time. 4. What’s Included Your session includes: 20-minute shoot at my home studio Access to both festive scenes (Christmas living room + Christmas bedroom) A private online gallery to view your images Three complimentary digital images (high resolution) Additional images and print packages will be available to purchase separately. 5. Image Delivery Your online gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date. Please select your included digital image within 7 days of receiving your gallery. 6. Use of Images Emberwood Creative reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you prefer your images to remain private, please let me know before your session. 7. Studio Etiquette Please be mindful that sessions are kept short to suit little ones — bring only those being photographed. Accidents and breakages may incur a small replacement fee if props or sets are damaged during your session. Pets do reside here, please be aware of this before booking. Dogs welcome.
